Shariah Researcher

 Job Purpose :

 Ensure that all Components such a products and services are comply with Shariah, by conducting research, and act as an internal Shariah advisor within the bank.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Conduct Shariah research in purpose of ensuring right implementation for the products of the business units.
2. Study and review all subjects of the bank to be comply with the Shariah regulations.
3. Review all agreements for the bank from Shariah perspective.
4. Study the bank products to ensure that they are as per the standards of the Shariah committee evaluating.
5. Create applicable research to be added value for the bank.
6. Perform research or any other tasks as per Head of SCB request.
7. Act as a Shariah advisor within the bank to be line of advisory defense before Shariah committee.
8. Collaborate with Shariah products specialist to develop new Shariah product, enhance the exist products and provide solution to Business for their transaction to be comply with Shariah.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant majors

Experience:

From 12 – 15 years in relevant role

Skills:

• Islamic Finance, Shariah products  knowledge’s, communications and writing research.  
• Arabic and English Language .
