Job Purpose

UNIX and oracle M7 admin handling the administration & troubleshooting of M7 super cluster with Solaris Operating system, REDHAT Linux and EMC storages. Handling the installations, configurations & release deployments of banking applications.

Key Accountabilities

Day to day UNIX/LINUX administration and support including Installation, patching, upgradation and maintenance of OS.

Administration of oracle M7 supper cluster also Exadata.

Going extra mile and supporting 24\[7 oncall incident handling.

Deployment, configuration and maintenance of Servers Solaris10, 11.

Configuration and maintenance of RHEL7, RHEL 8 and RHEL9 servers.

Managing Solaris LDOMs and Zones running on Oracle hardware.

Oracle M7 Super cluster administration.

Administration of ZFSSA, IB-Switches, Platinum Gateway, Exadata cells and Oracle SVA.

Administration & troubleshooting on VMs deployed on RHEL, Cent-OS.

Package and configuration management using Satellite server.

Configuration and managing network services on UNIX servers.

Package and patch management.

Configuring security baseline as per GIB standards.

Performance monitoring and OS level log monitoring.

Hardware support for Oracle M7and Dell MX.

Configuring storage replication through RECOVERPOINT Appliance and managing the data replication from Production to DR and DR failover /failback.

Performance monitoring and troubleshooting using Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Job Purpose

To design, implement, manage, and maintain reliable network communication systems that ensure secure, efficient, and uninterrupted data transmission across organizational infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

Configure and maintain call control platforms (Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Mitel, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Also, Design, implement, and support voice communication systems (VoIP, IP telephony, and PBX). Besides managing Manage voice gateways, SBCs, and SIP integrations with service providers.

Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for voice services

Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution, Diagnose and resolve network faults and incidents to restore services quickly, to reduce downtime and maintain business continuity. Troubleshoot voice, signaling, and media issues across LAN, WAN, and SIP trunks.

Ensure high availability, quality, and reliability of voice services and Monitor and optimize voice quality (QoS, latency, jitter, packet loss)

Performance Optimization & Capacity Planning , Analyze network performance and plan capacity upgrades to meet current and future demands, to achieve efficient resource utilization and sustained performance.

Manage voice gateways, SBCs, and SIP integrations with service providers and Perform system upgrades, patches, and capacity planning

Integrate voice systems with collaboration tools and contact center solutions and maintain accurate documentation of voice architecture and configurations

Implement voice security measures, including encryption and fraud prevention

Key Accountabilities

1. Leading the development and maintenance of Murex interfaces inbound/outbound for trades, static data: based on Mxml exchange.

2. Development and maintenance of Market data interfaces based on MDCS/RTBS.

3. Development and maintenance of reports and data extraction.

4. Interact with business stakeholders and Murex stream leaders to provide technical solutions delivering to business needs.

5. Document the functional specifications for the interfaces development

6. Establish and maintain relationship with connectivity partners’ contacts with a view to have the corresponding interfaces developed and maintained over time
