- Provide the necessary support to Cyber Fraud Manager on implementing the Cyber fraud risk management framework.
- Support on establishing the cyber fraud intelligence setup and monitor for emerging cyber fraud threats / scenarios.
- Assist on identifying the Cyber Security and Regulatory requirements related to Cyber fraud risk.
- Improve the implemented methodology for effective cyber fraud risk management, including scenario planning, and continuous developments.
- Develop and refine the various business/functional/testing requirements, in Cyber Fraud perspective, in support of the project and systems involved, working alongside the vendor if needed.
- Apply the industry leading prevention and detection strategy that meets key stakeholders needs and balance cyber fraud and scam losses with customer experience.
- Assist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in developing system training artefacts.
- Perform product reviews from cyber fraud perspective mind to develop fraud risk test cases as part of Information security project assessment deliverables.
- Elaborate on the cyber fraud use cases and scenarios centered around technical aspects of business applications and infrastructure.
- Raise awareness with regards to cyber fraud risks and propose improvements to mitigate fraud losses.
- Provide necessary support to Enterprise Fraud Management Unit in their requirements related to Cyber Fraud.
- Develop a plan to investigate alleged cybercrime, violation, or suspicious activity.
- Identifies, collects, examines, and preserves evidence using controlled and documented analytical and investigative techniques.

- SME in the cyber fraud risk management landscape, capable of identifying change and coordinating those changes through mobilizing a project team.
- Good knowledge of IT Systems, information security products and services
- Analytical Mindset
- Strong written & oral communication / presentational skills
- Proven ability in leading the design, build and operation of complex fraud technology systems.
- Self-motivation and leadership attributes
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Skill in identifying potential leads that may assist in a cybercrime investigation.
