Applications are now open for the 2024 intake of The Jammaz Al-Suhaimi Professional Development Programme for IT Diploma holders.

This dynamic development programme , which aims to foster talent and build future leaders and innovators, takes place over 6 months, and is a strategic pillar of GIB’s talent development programme, focused on supporting the Group’s ambitious plans for growth across all key business areas.

The next cohort is set to commence in April 2024 and will see a fresh intake of IT Diploma graduates gain unique exposure to the inner workings of the Bank and the fast-developing local, regional and international banking and financial industry.

To qualify, candidates must:

• Be Saudi Nationals
• Hold a 2 year Diploma degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Graduates of 2022 and onwards.
