Job Description

  • Receive and perform initial verification on various request forms (checklist & timestamp is must).
  • Coordinate with WB, Ops & Compliance to improve internal processes in order to expedite set-ups.
  • Profiling and setup clients credential information for GIB eBank covering CBX, Eximbills CE, GIB eCollect and any other or future application offered via GIB eBank.
  • Implement GIB eBank solution as per the application form and user forms received in the respective agreed TAT.
  • Resolve any clarification on customer application forms or user forms with the Solution Delivery Team and if required GTB Sales Team.
  • Resolving Customer issues and responding queries raised by customer over email and phone.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Engage client directly and professionally as and when required.
  • Following up with relevant departments  on client issues
  • MIS required to support the team
  • Prepare weekly report to share the set-ups entertained during the week with the team
  • Client communication – on broadcasts etc to be sent to client email database
  • Follow-up with clients to get the missing documents in place.
  • Ability to apply questioning skills for in-depth analysis of attitudes, situations, problems and priorities to determine optimum strategy.
  • Attends to any other relevant duties as assigned.
  • Understand and capture client requirements.

  • Good experience of computer programs, including excel spreadsheets and power point.

  • Strong Knowledge of WB Channels
  • Good understanding of Cash Management Business
